Tiny Bird Market
My name is Laura Schwager, owner of my home-based business, Tiny Bird Market in New Port Richey. I have been baking bread for my friends and family for years and have recently decided to sell my breads to the public. I make the breads fresh to order every Saturday morning.
I have three variations of a traditional artisan bread. French bread loaf or boule-shaped, and now a French bread-style loaf with garlic and Italian herbs. All three variations are made with the same dough, you get to choose the presentation that suits your needs (for the “plain” loaves).
I’m a stay at home mom of three kids whom I also homeschool. My husband is a graphic designer by day, and by night is a screenprinter (his own art prints).
My homemade breads are made with the freshest ingredients, baked to order in my kitchen. I only use organic flour in all of my breads.
