<p>Tree Frog nymphs in rainwater cistern. Rainwater is captured in cisterns and used to nourish the gardens and groves at the 3F First Farm. A happy consequence of this practice is the proliferation of frogs at the farm and the elimination of virtually all mosquitoes. Various forms of aqua flora also proliferate in the ponds and cisterns, adding to the rich ecological diversity of the farm. First Farm is a certified National Wildlife habitat.</p>
