Iere Island Baking
I am a native of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago who moved to the United States to obtain a degree in Marine Biology. I grew up on a organic farm with the beach 5 minutes away and a rainforest for a backyard. I began baking at the age of 8 with my great great aunt and my mom and I have loved it ever since. My specialty is cakes (anywhere from pound to a rum/fruit cake) and I use fresh organic produce as much as possible.
